What to expect at your next visit during COVID-19 pandemic

Health Screening

• Health screening questions will be conducted verbally or in text message.
• We will take a non-contact temperature of everyone as they enter.
• Those who are flagged by screening will be asked to reschedule.

Social Distancing

• Please check into your appointment by texting or calling (714) 524-6688.
• Appointments will be 30 minutes apart with only one patient per time slot to avoid multiple patients in the office. Accommodations can be made for families.
• Glasses and contacts can be picked up curb-side.
• Contacts lens orders can be directly shipped to your household.

Protective Wear

• Staff will wear a face mask or shield during their shift.
• Additional guards have been added onto our equipment as necessary to protect you and the staff.
• All patients and visitors, except those under the age of three (per CDC) will be expected to wear a mask during their appointment. 

Cleaning and Sterilizing

• All examination, lab equipment, and surfaces will be sanitized with CDC-approved disinfectants immediately in between patients. 
• Frames that have been tried on will be sanitized before being displayed.
• Bathrooms will be sanitized in between each user.
